Sicilia Hotel Spa

The staff were friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean well provisioned and comfortable.

Nothing about the hotel. I thought that the staff dealt remarkably well with one very rude guest to the benefit of the rest of us.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is extremely attentive and friendly, and the breakfast is definitely one of the highlights—it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I had during my trip. The bathroom is beautiful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, the room was very pleasant and I really liked the hotel.

There are a couple of things that I think could be improved. Early in the morning, there are aqua gym classes, and the music and the instructor’s shouting can be quite loud, so it was difficult to sleep in. Also, there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have luggage. The one thing I found particularly disappointing was the condition of the carpets in the hallways. They were noticeably dirty, which felt out of place in such a beautiful hotel. It’s surprising that a place this nice hasn’t addressed something that could make such a big difference to the overall impression.

Frühstück war gut und genügend. Unser Zimmer war etwas zu eng für ein Rollator. Personal war aber nett und hilfsbereit. Leider konnte wir nichtbzurückfliegen wegen Ätna. Hatten sich bemüht für uns Zimmer zu finden. Es wäre nur mit 2 zimmer Wechsel möglich geworden Was wir ablehnen mussten.

La gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil, le petit déjeuner, la possibilité de prendre l'apéritif. les chambres confortables climatisées.

La séance de gym aquatique du mercerdi 23 septembre à partir de 09h00 avec la musique à fond, vraiment à fond qui résonne dans les chambres, pour nous la 102 et la 104, ce n'est pas acceptable pour un hôtel ! La propreté de la moquette pour l'accés aux chambres !
