This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Asheville. Our adult child lives right up the hill behind the hotel—a 10 minute walk. We love the ease with which we can walk to New Belgium and restaurants. If you want to go into downtown, it is just a short drive.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The asthetic, cleanliness, amenities were all A

Perfect getaway convenient to everything!

This place was immaculate upon arrival and check-in was easy. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked (except for the essential corkscrew). The building was maybe one-third full when we stayed, and noise from neighbors was loud--doors banging, furniture moving, music playing, tvs blaring--from upstairs and next to us. Also, because the windows are frosted dramatically, the place feels cramped and claustrophobic because you can't see outside. I wouldn't stay here again, but if you are interested, perhaps the top floor would have a view and less noise?
