super close to cathedral, so if you are a pilgrim, it gives you opportunity to get out of your room as see the centre as often as you please, without extra kilometers
I booked the room on the top floor (4th if I remember) and there is no lift, so it was quite a challenge going up and down the stairs after the camino, but on the other hand it was so close to cathedral that those stairs didn't really mater after all :)

Clean safe and well positioned
Key code didn’t always work first time. Lots of stairs.

Comfortable room close to the cathedral Square
Seriously no communication at all. Sent several inquiries and heard nothing back. Rang the number given on Booking.com and just got a grumpy Spanish man who said it wasn’t his responsibility. Try to also contact the number in the room with an inquiry and just got an answer message and that’s the emergency number! Good job it wasn’t a real emergency.
