Cowdray Lodge B&B rooms

The Lodge was quite close to the road, but triple glazing addressed any traffic noise, the location was ideal for what we required, out of town. Beautiful surroundings and views of the green. Very nice Breakfast Room, the staff were pleasant and obliging, and nothing was to much trouble, my dietary requirements were already catered for, and the choices on the menu were excellent. Car Parking facilities were good, not far from the accommodation. The Room was very clean with comfortable beds, and very much look forward to staying again.

The person with me is not very good with stairs, but managed, I don't see how this could be any different, as it is on a lower level, and probably I should have checked before booking, it just looked a beautiful place to stay, and indeed it was, it really made the difference to our short break. As I haven't stayed before, it was difficult for me in the dark to find the key presses for the key to the room, although I read the instructions, but a nice member of staff came out to help me, perhaps an illuminated check in sign might help? But I can't say there was anything major I did not like.

Very clean beautiful view and easy self check in

Nothing

Good breakfast. Good place to stay even if you’re not playing golf . Petworth goodwood just down the road

No food after4 oclock

Location and breakfast was great. Lovely room. A bit loud with the traffic but fine.

We booked for 2 adult and a child (age 9). There was a sofa bed with no spare sheets or blanket. If it were during winter time we would’ve been freezing as my daughter and I had the only duvet and my husband slept with no blankets. I had emailed the staff but with it being a Saturday night and no staff on site, it was disappointing.
