We had an amazing stay! House was perfect for our group and so pretty. Everyone had their own bed/room with plenty of bathrooms and lots of towels.Check in was super simple and text reminders were niceSuggestions I’d make: Cleaning prior to our stay wasn’t the greatest. Our feet were black and sandy hours after arrival, and there was some dried food on cabinets/fridge. Overall it wasn’t filthy, just could use a little bit more of a thorough clean. Rooms were clean and so were bathrooms minus the floors, however I did have an empty can of alcohol under a cart in the master bathroom that was missed during cleaning.There was an elevator we noticed but said isn’t available to guests. This would have been amazing to have means we had 3 kids under 2. Getting groceries and luggage up for the week would have been easier as well. Going up and down 4 flights of stairs multiple times a day was a little rough. Just be prepared if you have someone who can’t get up and down stairs well.I would also suggest the pool be cleaned at least once through the week for guest staying an entire week. It was getting pretty dirty mid week despite us using the net to keep it as clean as we could. We loved the heating option. Definitely worth the extra 300. The pool lights are hiding behind a bush. We didn’t find it until half way through our trip. Could also use more baking sheets, measuring spoons/cups, and baking utensils. There were lots of cups, plates, bowls, pots and pans. Thanks again!

This is our 2nd year to stay at this house. We love the location. The house is gorgeous and neighborhood is quiet. This visit we had a lot of struggles with hot water. We didn’t have that problem last year and we had the same 20 people in the house last year. The property manager came out twice which was appreciated.

This house is gorgeous. Kudos to the owner for the decorating.
While we really enjoyed our vacation and the house really is in a prime location and offered plenty of space and amenities for us, there were a few items that we would have expected to be different especially with the amount of money for this property for the week.
1. Construction- The house next door had construction everyday from 7am until 7pm. This really put a damper on the ability to feel that we had some privacy in the pool as the construction crews were constantly working on something outside.
2. The house could use a deep clean as the floors were very dirty and my wife ended up having to sweep most of them to collect the dirt and hair.
3. The pool was dirty and the water level was too low for the skimmer to properly cycle water. The pool company didn't come to clean until the Saturday morning we were checking out so I'm assuming they must not have come before then.
Other than the items above, it was really a good vacation for our children and in-laws.
