Property was great. Amenities were nice, location was convenient, staff were polite and helpful. However, prior to arrival, there is room for improvement. No communication for second payment, VRBO site says contact property, property says contact VRBO, confusion over if payment was applied. Had to follow up because no one followed up with me. Phone call days before arrival saying we’d have 2 single Br units instead of 1 double BR. Day before arrival contacted by resort to clarify what appeared to be three separate reservations in our name. Reverted to a single reservation but had no confidence in what we were getting until we checked in at the desk. Once there, all was well, but definitely an air of confusion and a sense that one hand did not know what the other was doing on the back end. Rating Is for the unit, not the pre-arrival process.

Amazing property. We loved all of the pools snd other activities on the property. Great location. Would come back again!

The condo was clean and very nice. I would stay there again

We were traveling with a 2 year old and had a lot of baby gear (stroller, playpen, etc). Our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was not in service. It was actually terrible because the child also cannot easily manage stair climbing. It made for a huge inconvenience
