Location, friendliness of staff, nothing to much trouble, always looking out for you needs.
And of course a great breakfast.

The location is great, right on the promenade. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Helped to store our oatmilk in the bar fridge.
The room was quite drafty and the bathroom door didn’t close properly to eliminate it.

Location in Llandudno was good.
Myself and the wife and two daughters and partners went together, while my two daughters had a brilliant room , myself and the wife had a box room not too happy when I saw their rooms , hence we left a day early wasnt happy at all.
