Minor and major cleaning problems. Major issue was finding a faeces stained piece of underwear in the wardrobe. After complaint the owners of the property did not react at all. Minor issue was the small amount of toilet paper for such a long stay. After complaint it was rectified, however.

Nice location and good value for a night's stay, great to have included living area and kitchen. Full of amenities needed and a useful fan to keep the bedroom cool.
The shower leaked both from a crack in the back of the shower head and also the water pouring out of the bottom of the door due to a missing rubber seal which creates a large pool of water on the floor.
It could have been a little cleaner as there was a cockroach running around, which we eventually killed. But the bed, sheets, towels and seating all seemed clean.

The location was great, very close to the centre.
The wifi was not working which was very annoying because my mobile internet usage was minimal and so I couldn't browse freely or play music. It was very dark and lighting was minimal. Had to use the light of the cooker to see in the kitchen. The bathroom light was just the light above the mirror. Kept banging head on ceiling upstairs.

Spacious, clean (though old), great location, close to green space for us dog owners.
Other guests arrived at about 17:00 the Saturday and no key was left for them. They phoned the emergency number which is answered by an agent that has to phone the manager. The manager was reached about 4 HOURS LATER!!! Terrible!!!! They had to use our toilet since there isn’t one in the foyer.
The toilet and shower stinks - we believe it is old piping..

"Great location and price. Easy check in procédure. Comfortable and spacious.
Helpful admin staff.
TV offered in the room must be at least 20 years old - no HDMI."
