Room upgrade to main house. Great view to the hills. Comfortable, Short walk from town. Good breakfast. Chatty Helen who made our breakfast was an excellent host.
Decor would need to be freshened up.

Breakfast was excellent
Room was a bit musty and had quite a bit of cobwebs.

Lovely views from our spacious room. The old house was charming and warm. It’s not too far from town and very peaceful.
Nothing I can think of.

the old world charm and the staff helpfulness
the breakfast was really good
Also the effort made to help my wife with her immobility and the access the room had for showering and spaciousness
The walled garden was very interesting but would be so much better with a concerted effort to bring the garden back to looking at its best
It is like you are staying with a family in their home
the bed was too small and our bedroom needs some updating to its furnishings
wallpaper was peeling from the walls
While a lot of things were old fashioned everything worked
