Hotel Pendini

The locations was fantastic. It’s right in the centre of the city, everything is walkable including the train station. Wonderful breakfast with fantastic staff who made great coffee!

It was all good, a bit of street noise on Saturday night but that’s to be expected.

I like that the hotel was centrally located. I like that we were facing Piazza della Republica. It was in the heart of luxury brand stores and Italian shops. Although it was in the center it was quiet inside the room. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast selection was lovely. I'm really satisfied that we chose this hotel. Will be glad to come back if ever we stay in Florence again.

Very good location, clean

The location is absolutely wonderful, right in the centre of town. The historic building is a sight to behold and it feels great to stay in a piece of history. The air con is great and the beds are comfy. Wisly was a very kind individual at breakfast and very helpful, much more than can be said for the rest of the staff.

Breakfast was disappointing. A lot of staff are very rude. There’s a fair bit of noise from the square at all time of day and until about midnight from musicians and performers in the square. Not excessive but do take some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. No fridge in the room. Just not worth the money. The old building has its drawbacks with noise transmitted quite easily through the wooden floors, particularly if you’re in room 307-309 which are below the breakfast room.
