Breakfast was good. rooms were clean and comfortable. barman was very friendly and helpful

We didnt get to use the pool due to lack of beds although the pool side area was very big. this was very dissapointing. would not choose to stay again for this reason. Too far from city centre - stayed here based on the hotel having a pool so next time would skip having a pool to stay more central.

Breakfast was very good, evening meal not well described on menu and desserts - were not enticing.

Two easy chairs and small table should be in what was termed a ‘superior double room’ and smaller desk so that both occupants could sit comfortably having a cup of tea.

The hotel in general is nicely decorated. The room was basic for a 4 star hotel but clean . The Restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful, the evening meal we had was reasonably priced .

I feel it was overpriced for what it offers , car parking is extortionate considering how much you pay for a room , plus the underground one can still be accessed from the road by the public ! Also not ideal you can not access the rooms from it . Mini bar was stated - nothing in it only the complimentary water !! The tea and coffee making supplies were inadequate ( 2 milk sachets ,not black tea ) Luckily the restaurant manager helped us out . The air conditioning was inefficient . There was a dirty 2nd toilet roll under the sink 🙁. MY BIGGEST OBJECTION IS HAVING TO PAY FOR YOUR STAY THE MINUTE YOU STEP INTO RECEPTION SO DEFINITELY WOULDN’T STAY AGAIN . We have stayed in many 4* hotels and this is the first time we have been disappointed .
