Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa

Beautiful hotel, with a great location (super easy to call a 'grab' taxi for a few GBPs to Hoi An historical town centre, and it's very safe). The food was excellent and the staff extremely friendly and professional. The simming-pool, surrounded by majestuous palm trees, is big and the outdoor areas all look wonderful. The swimming-pool staff was always ready with frisbees and balls (and always ensured everyone could get a sun lounger :-) ; we had a lot of fun there. The hotel is right on the beach; you can ask the swimming pool staff for paddles and use the sea kayaks with no fuss. We also enjoyed the free spa and fitness facilities. The customer service was superb throughout our 2 weeks stay.

Maybe needs a bit more storage space for clothes in the rooms?

Beautiful, clean , food was awesome, thank you for the upgrade , excellent facilities, place is so relaxing after been busy in town come back to your hotel is just a pleasure , nice bed , towel are nice and soft . Recommend %100. 😁

Look everything and everyone was nice and helpful even though English barrier . Maybe I will add Bar customers service need to improve on the Beach we have carrier our cocktails and they don’t pick up them back to them , we have returned . Should be some in duty for the beach area only .

We stayed at this amazing hotel 16 years ago for our honeymoon and it was so very soecial. As we were close by in Danang we decided to swing by for the night as it was our wedding anniversary. It's always a risk going back somewhere after such a long time as it may not live up to the memories. I'm so happy to say that the Victoria is every bit as amazing as the first time. A little piece of heaven in a hotel, with comfortable amazing rooms, wonderful staff who make you feel right at home and the best food in Vietnam. Will return over and over again whenever in Vietnam. Highly recommend.

Location and direct access to wide clean beach. Pool area was nice and pool guy was friendly and helpful. Clean facilities.

Scored 5 to deduct the things that were not so good: We booked a river view room with balcony and envisioned sitting overlooking the river but we had not expected the river to be located the other side of a busy and noisy road Breakfast was very average and despite our special request for gluten free options, no effort was made to accommodate this Staff were indifferent and did not appear to enjoy working at the hotel - (pool man excluded) No a/c areas to sit other than your bedroom Room layout was awkward meaning one of us had to squeeze past the sofa to get into bed
