i stayed on the 5th floor , room space excellent , view too
service and staff wonderful , the asst. manager , receptions staff especially ladies and bell boys are very warm helpful and friendly

The Deluxe King room was very comfortable- the location across the street from the Gloucester station couldn’t have been more convenient- The doorman were more than helpful.

I was looking for old world charm and a location close to Hyde Park but quiet. That's exactly what we got... On a side road, noise was not a factor at all. The old world elegance of the hotel was lovely.
The room was smaller than 1 thought it would be from other reviews, and the bathroom was quite awkward - very narrow.

That it was clean and in a good location. The staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful and the breakfast and restaurant was nice and well managed
The room was described as a cosy small double room but I didn’t realise the bed would be so small which we found very off putting and spoilt our stay
