Room was great, very clean and tidy, facilities were excellent.
The beds were fairly firm, but were comfortable enough and we slept very well.
The breakfast options weren't really to my taste, so didn't love that. But this could just be personal preference.

Rooms had ac, the toilets were separated from shower, they had plenty of areas for a common area.
The toilets area get super hot since it’s not ac’ed, breakfasts are legit bread, no shoes or sandels so you step in water while trying to use the restroom from the shower people

The location is pretty handy to go around Chinatown.
The room was pretty tiny than how it appeared in the photos during booking! They are located on the 2nd floor, which is so painful to carry luggage in and out! The room provided was right in front of the common area, which was so noisy!
