It was 15 minute walk to trains, buses 2 min walk in .
Comfortable beds , nice linen .
Helpful facilities.
Not always easy to reach staff …
But they usually return calls fairly quickly.
A code system on doors be better as it’s not 27/7 staff
So getting locked out could be a drama if you left keys somewhere.

Helen was very friendly and hotel facilities and room provided comfort and all I wanted.
Comfort room fan exhaust is a bit noisy and maybe needs maintenance/cleaning.

The room was good and was clean. It had what we needed and it was easy to access the property when we arrived. There was good comminution from owner. Free tea coffee and biscuits were available.
The kitchen plates, cups and cutlery were quite dirty there was no washing up liquid or sponge to wash them only 3 tea towels available to dry them. The booking.com site said there was a washing machine and dryer but before I arrived they messaged saying it would be $10 per kg to use it (not mentioned on the website) which is very expensive. Also couldn't find the dishwasher in the kitchen mentioned on the site.

Clean, affordable, quite place with good furnishings. Bigger than hotel room. Easy parking on weekend. Close to Macquarie centre by car. Pretty much what is described in review. Room in safe suburb.
Breakfast only included breakfast biscuits. Nice kitchen though.
