Location and staff
Room too small for 2 people
Bed up hard up against window so unable to get out that side which was ordinary

Staff friendly
Very disappointed with our stay. There was no complimentary drinking water in the room, and basic amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided. We also had to pay an additional fee for parking, which we were not expecting. Considering the price of the stay, we expected better basic facilities and clearer information about extra charges.

Modern and comfy rooms and service was very nice
I picked the location specifically for access to the Uni but if I was on a city break, it wouldn’t be the right location. Lots of students hanging out around the public areas.

Great location a short walk from Melbourne central station
Lack of staff led to room not being available on time
