The location and all the amenities that is had to offer( laundry , small breakfast and look out to viewing room to the sky tree ) close to a value Mart and every train station possible . The real Tokyo is all around it !!!

The location is amazing, very close to the A2 exit from the Asakusa line (which is especially great when arriving during typhoon season :)) Free breakfast (toast & coffee/tea) in the morning, which means you don't have to run out to find breakfast! Very kind and helpful staff! Nice seating area on the 9th floor with great views.

Beds were comfy, great location near two subway stops and senso-ji temple, room size compared to some other options a little larger for similar money, and the breakfast is toast and coffee - simple but exactly what we wanted. They also do luggage storage and forwarding

The room was spacious and modern.
Lack of basic things you would expect like a desk and chair, the bin was far too small as well. There was easily enough space to fit that in the room. Even a floor pillow would have helped but there is no where to sit at all other than on the bed.
