The location was convenient and staffs were friendly. Building is a bit dated, keep very clean but there’s smell inside the room. Since the room on the road side, you can hear traffic. One down side, there’s no black out curtain if you care about sleeping in.
Plus for the clean laundry machine and dryer.

A very good budget hotel ie rooms are small and not furnished like more expensive hotels. The excellent staff, who speak english, are very helpful. Excellent location for Asakusa train lines. Good lounge on the 9th floor for viewing the Skytree, Sumida river and the bridges that are illuminated at night. Breakfast is coffee and bread or toast with a small selection of jams.
