The room was lovely, recently redecorated, beds were comfortable, hosts were really friendly and helpful, lovely couple. The property was in a perfect location for my granddaughters dance competition at the winter gardens literally a 2 minute walk. And the breakfast was really nice.
There wasn’t anything really, the only small negative I could say was that there was a slight drain smell in the bathroom.

It's pot luck getting a good guest house but this one is a gem. The hosts Angela and Vince can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Lovely comfy beds. Everything you need and spotless. We will be back next year for sure.
Just missing a chair in the room but I could easily have asked for one. It wasn't important.

The property is in and excellent location, exceptionally clean and Angela is a super host, nothing was a problem.

Great Location, clean & host were very friendly & welcoming
You need to be fit if you end up on the top floor although you can make use of the 2 stair lifts if you are struggling.
