A delightful stay at "The White Cottage". As a solo traveller, it is sometimes difficult to feel at home. The owners made me feel welcome the moment I stepped through the door. My room was a real delight, really fluffy towels, many toiletries, a cosy blanket on the bed, and even chocolate to welcome me ! It's great to have a lounge to sit in for the evening, as you do not always want to sit in your room. A bar, and comfortable armchairs are all part of the experience at "The White Cottage". I was so impressed that I booked again during 2027. Thank you, I hope to stay with you many times in the future. Highly recommended

Nice Tradional old house with parking . So expect low ceilings and wonky floors that are part and parcel of an old cottage. Lovely pretty village tho I’m bias as I was brought up in the village.Nice garden .

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in Suite 1, a large comfortable room overlooking the beautiful garden and great breakfast. Perfect location to visit Seaton wetlands and Dartmoor NP/Dunsford Wood. Thank you to Steve and Donna - great hosts.
