The room and bathroom were quite spacious for a hotel. Bed was very comfortable and airconditioning was cold. I like a cold room to sleep in. Location was excellent. Very close to the main shopping strip and nice cafes and restaurants. All the staff were very professional and friendly.
Shower pressure not great but I could deal with that.

Our room was exactly what we asked for...a city view, king size bed. The decor and facilities were fabulous...automated roller blinds, multiple powerpoints plus multiple USB points on both sides of the bed, double basins, wonderful shower and toiletries provided. The daily room clean was wonderful as was the nightly turn-down service. The roof top pool and bar were perfect too! And the staff were professional and extremely helpful.

Brilliant hotel- the service here was attentive and friendly. The hotel itself has everything you would like, and it’s probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in around the world.
The central and beautiful location makes luxury shopping and sightseeing a breeze. The housekeeping is excellent, rooms have all the extras you would hope for.
Restaurant is quite nice for breakfast. The roof top bar is incredible.
Nothing has been missed here, don’t miss out on booking The One Barcelona.
One of the lifts was out of service (a little slow but a temporary issue), and the room service would have been great to be order online option rather than calling.
