Hotel was in a great location, the reception is welcoming and beautiful and the staff were fantastic. The room is large and comfortable and the pool area is beautiful.

Only issue was the wifi wasnt very good around the pool making it hard to work or connect to my laptop while trying to not be stuck in my room.

It’s the first hotel I always think about whenever I visit Barcelona, it’s super comfortable with a great location. Every destination is reachable whether by walking or using public transportation.

Breakfast options are limited however it’s not a big deal in Barcelona since there are many reachable brunch restaurants

The lighting of the room was terrible as there was no lights on the wall just basic lamps on the side that you couldn’t see anything in your room at night which made it impossible. Cloudy days were also a nightmare . We had a family room as well and one of the kids rooms had a makeshift window was faced the shaft wall hence no sunlight into the room day ir night. It was terrible. Breakfast was very basic and not representative of the expensive price for the hotel. We celebrated a bday and I asked the staff just for a candle at breakfast and was told the entire hotel had run out ! They only give you one bottle of water at check in and don’t refill that water again in your room so be aware.
