Great location, friendly staff, and a lovely, cozy room. It was also a big plus that we could borrow beach towels, store our luggage, and get help with transportation to and from the bus station. We also really enjoyed the terrace and having a coffee machine in the room.

Excellent Central Location... lots of cafes and restaurants close by... Though we reached late at 9 pm, reception was closed, but Virginia and Maria had made excellent arrangements and we had no problems entering the codes and accessing the keys.... Checkout was smooth, She generously allowed us to keep the large suitcases at Reception while we explored the sights after checkout in the morning. Rooms are large... though the shower area is small..... Also very helpful in advice in what to do, where to go and sights. Provided us with names of some excellent restaurants with discounts - as well as a bot company for touring the Sea Caves....

There was no tea - coffee in our room - though other rooms have it - was told the coffee machine had broken and was sent for repairs.... But she very graciously brought us 2 cups of coffee to our room from the machine at reception.

our room was very clean, well lit and spacious. The bathroom was spotless.

it was a three story walk up, which we didn’t. We did not expect it was not a big issue.

Clean, right in the center of the old town. Virginia is very nice and polite. Check in and out is very easy.
