Dona Ana Guesthouse

Great location, close to everything. Beautiful and clean, great bed, great shower, would definitely recommend! Sergio was very responsive and helpful, and gave us great recommendations!

Dona Ana was absolutely charming, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Our room was huge, spacious, and very tastefully done. Parking was easy, which was a big plus and the location was excellent. We could easily walk into Lagos Old Town/city center as well as to Praia Dona Ana. We did drive mostly and i do recommend renting car so that you can easily access further beaches . We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book Dona Ana again!

Everything was perfect!

Location good, towels changed regularly, fabulous bathroom. We had a lovely little balcony which was not advertised on our booking!

Tea / coffee making facilities supplied but no cloths/tea towels to wash cups or clean up spills.

The location was incredible. Within a few minute's walk of what I think is the best beach in the area. Also within a few minutes walk of some nice restaurants and maybe 15 minutes from the centre of the old town. There was enough parking on the street that I didn't struggle to find a place and there's also a bus stop very close for anyone not driving.

I had a rather complicated check in process - I turned up at the time we pre-agreed but no one was answering the bell at the gate, the door, or the phone. I waited and kept ringing/knocking and eventually Booking.com customer support was able to make contact with the property which was great but when we met, the guy was almost aggressive and made me feel a little uncomfortable. In addition, the room was not clean at all. The linen was clean, but the surfaces, floors, bathroom were not. Finally, the door to the balcony didn't lock which also made me a little uncomfortable but I understand they are planning to get it fixed now after I left.
