Great stay! Very clean hotel, very polite staff and excellent breakfast. Location is perfect, less than 2 minutes to tram/bus. Very quiet, safe and family-friendly area, far from noise and bars. Special thanks to the kind lady who cleaned our room every morning - she was wonderful and so friendly. Thank you!
One small suggestion for improvement: The seating area in the reception was quite limited, with only a few seats available. It would be great if you could provide a more comfortable and nicer lounge area for guests to sit and relax.

The location of the hotel was perfect for what I needed on a 4night break close to many amenities, the desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, answered questions when needed.
The breakfast was not that great could have more variety for international visitors.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the room was big and clean, the morning shift staff were helpful and had a smile on their faces.
The evening shift staff were cold and inhospitable. The toilet was smelling awfully and the corridor carpet was unclean and smelly.
