Holiday Inn Istanbul City by IHG

This is my third time staying st this hotel in Instanbul this year. From the moment you enter they greet you with warmth and smiles, they remembered me, that made me feel good. The Hotel Staff is very warm and curtious….The service while staying here was exceptional. They treat you very good. The rooms are clean. The ambiance is great. The restaurant food is also great! I highly recommend. Rachel (New York, United States)

Excellent

The room was clean and good value for money. Location is good for tram and getting into the old city. Front desk staff need to learn better customer service and the concierge should be able to answer questions about the hotel and spa amenities-

The hotel has a great location, with very easy access to public transportation. The hotel pool was clean and had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Arjan, the receptionist, who was extremely kind and helpful.
