Nothing to not like

A great hotel to stay in and very reasonably priced. It's a bit away from the centre of things like beer street but only a 15 minute walk to get there. that said, the area it's in is very active in itself. there's a great food street just a cross the road along with a couple of great cafes and a sports bar. The rooms and service were fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough for us.

Honestly the most incredible hotel we have ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, everything was so perfect. The rooms were beautiful, the food was amazing, but mostly the people who work there who were so incredibly kind and welcoming, especially with our kids. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Even on the day we checked out but we weren't leaving Hanoi until night time, they kindly let us stay and use the pool, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every little detail was amazing, but it was the people who truly made this place unforgettable. We have stayed in some beautiful hotels, but this was honestly the best hotel experience we have ever had. We've just returned home from a month travelilng all over Vietnam, Cambodia and Taiwan, and I can 100% say that this was our favourite hotel of the trip. Thank you for making our time in Hanoi so special. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would love to come back one day! ❤️
