Silk Path Hotel Hanoi

Great staff and service in prime location

I’m not a fan of showers in the bath tub

We liked the staff who were warm efficient and helpful. We liked the location, the buffet breakfast and the restaurant

Room could have been bigger.

The location was excellent! Easy access to key tourist destinations, such as Train St, Beer St, St Josephs Cathedral, and general shopping

Location was good. Staff was very nice.

The trouble with my stay here was the unexpected construction. There was no information about it until I arrived tired to my room to the unpleasant sound of drills and hammers that was extremely disturbing. If I had been warned, it would have been easier to accept. The gym was also under construction and I was not told about that in advance either. So, what probably would have been a nice stay was not due to this issue. For the price of the room, I expected better.
