Four Seasons Riverside

The staff was very friendly, the room was in good condition, the breakfast was tasty and more than enough. We were able to park our car.

The bed linen was too small to cover the entire bed, and there was no spare roll of toilet paper. It was particularly disappointing to see yoghurt from Russia being served at breakfast. 😢 🇬🇪🇺🇦 A small desk in the room would also be a welcome addition for guests who need to do some work on their laptops. 👩‍💻

It’s a little further from the city centre than I’d like, though still within walking distance. That’s just my personal preference, and it’s not something the hotel can change.

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! It is perfectly located in the heart of Kutaisi’s historic district, within walking distance of all the city’s main attractions and charming old streets. One of the highlights was the hotel’s beautiful location right on the Rioni River. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river, and the view was simply breathtaking. There was something incredibly peaceful about opening the balcony door in the morning, listening to the sound of the water and taking in the beautiful scenery. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and cozy, and you can immediately feel how much care is put into making guests feel comfortable. Every morning, we were served a delicious, hearty homemade breakfast. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This is one of those places you leave with a little piece of your heart still behind. 💛 I will definitely return the next time I visit Kutaisi and without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again!

Good location. Easy access to the city centre.

Definitely not the standard I'd expect for a 4 star hotel. A few things: 1. The booking.com page indicated to us there was guaranteed parking. When we arrived, all the parking was gone. There's 3 spots at best, so don't rely on this. 2. The breakfast is not a buffet, so you get what you get served. The food was alright, but don't expect regular continental hotel standard. Also, there was no proper coffee, only instant coffee. If you wanted coffee from a nescafe pod machine, you had to pay for it. 3. The rooms were not very soundproof. We could hear the people in the room next to ours watching TV.
