Great location for my trip Easy check in Friendly staff

Bed and pillows not the most comfortable, quite noisy roadside room ( not the venues fault of course )

A warm, friendly and really helpful reception. Made to feel really welcome immediately. Cosy, comfortable and immaculately clean bedroom and shower room/toilet. Thank you so much.

The rooms and the building are generally nice

There was a huge noise issue during our stay. We arrived in the afternoon. There was a big party going on downstairs at the bar and terrace, with several subwoofers blasting music so loudly that you couldn't have a conversation in our room. It wasn't normal bar noise, but a party with 50 or more people, DJ etc. I asked one of the staff members how long that event would last, and she told me 9 PM. When we returned from dinner around 9.30, the party was still ongoing. I asked another staff member when the party would end, and he told me 10 PM. Needless to say, it didn't end at 10, but lasted until 11.30 PM. It was impossible to relax (let alone sleep) in our room due to the extreme noise and bass. Again, I wouldn’t have cared about normal pub operations, but this was simply disrespectful to your paying customers at the guesthouse, and your staff's responses were dishonest or at least unreliable. Nobody seemed to care or offered a sincere apology.
