Great room , comfortable, quiet enough.
Good breakfast , plenty of options.
Secure parking (gated) although my first stay here in July the gate wasn’t closed (during my stay) whereas this time it was.
Caters for mainly tradespeople staying for work. As such I had housekeeping walk in on my room expecting it to be vacated (10:45am) checkout time is 12:00pm .
Also on check out ,my room key stopped working at 11:30am whilst I was moving luggage to my vehicle. Reception said this happens (?!) I got the impression it’s standard practice? But annoying for guests.

The hotel is great for business trips.
The location is great, the conform is very satisfactory, there is a good desk in the room if you need to work remotely from room. All in all a good choice.
I have no complaints.

Central to where I needed to be the following day .
The shower/bathroom was tight . Almost like it was added as an after thought 🤣! The room was just the right size wise for an overnight stay. The card pass for my room was sporadic one time I had to swipe/tap 4 times before it opened on the fifth !

- big parking for the car
- fairly close to Rotterdam centre (with car or public transport)
- much cheaper than hotels in Rotterdam centre
- good bed and tv
- very small bathroom (toilet, shower and sink on one square metre)
- strange vibe in the evening with men drinking a lot in front of the hotel in the picknick area of the hotel or sitting in their car in the parking lot drinking and smoking
- we had the room right next to the entrance door of the hallway which made a lot of noise when it closed
