Staff were all very nice. Pool was ok, bar and restaurant on site.
You get what you pay for but breakfast was poor. Didn’t eat at restaurant manly because of breakfast. The place is showing its age now. Furniture was of poor quality and seating uncomfortably to sit on. Bed was good. Shower was in the bathtub, if your are older this may not be ideal for you.

Great location set In the Laguna area of Bang Tao.
Transport available around the vicinity but we chose to walk.
Lovely restaurant for breakfast. Brilliant choice of hot food as well as extensive buffet.
Nothing for us but may be too far away from bus stops, bars and restaurants for less able people. We used Grab taxis to get around the island.

The location is good, with easy access to the beach and restaurants, bars. Particularly, Pizza on fire, where authentic Naples pizza is recommended.
The breakfast choice is limited, and the staff asked our group of 5 sitting on two tables, as they did not want to make a table that can accommodate 5; all tables are only for 4 pax. This was very disappointing.
The facility is older than it is in the picture.
