The hotel has a perfect location and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of sweet and savory options, as well as fresh fruit. We only stayed for one night, so unfortunately we didn’t have time to try the other facilities.
Nothing. I’ve read a few complaints about noise, and that’s true in general, but for a city hotel close to public transport, I think it’s totally normal 🤷🏻♀️

Loved the location, breakfast was great excellent variety, friendly helpful staff. The restaurant symposium was fantastic- highly recommend it. Quality and quantity was outstanding!
The bed was quite hard and I found it difficult to sleep for this reason and the noise of trams right next to our room.

Staff nice and friendly. Lot's of cafe's and restaurants locally.
No aircon. Trams wake you up at 0500 - I slept with my AirPods in, helped. However, the biggest problem is lack of aircon and no fan in the room, which means you need to sleep with your windows open and the main road is just below. Parking available 300m away.

Great location tram stop outside, nice restaurant below, good room (when you get to it!!), nice staff
What they do not tell you, if you book a room with balcony , you have to walk up two (or 1 flight if in room below the one we had) flights of spiral stairs to get to the apartment (lift goes to floor 4, then you walk up the stairs) not much good to book if you can not walk up the stairs.
