Everything! Clean, well appointed, comfortable, excellent service, perfect location.
Can hear guests in adjoining rooms.

The apartment is very nice for a small family. You have all the basic you need and with enough space to make yourself comfortable. Next to the central station but the trains do not disturb. Easy to check in and out.
The bathroom door was tricky to close. The cleaning staff knocked at our door some times thinking we were checked out, made us feel rushed out.
It was supposed to be soundproof but we still heard the party near us past midnight.

The studio apartment was spacious and thoughtfully designed. It included a dining area, couch and a good kitchenette. Our room was on the 7th floor facing a small street away from the station. It was very quiet and we slept very well. Staff on reception were friendly. In particular, Pietro was very helpful. We asked for an extra saucepan and a clothes drying rack and he made it happen with the items being delivered to our room a short time later.

Location and staff and room amenities.
The AC was barely working so it was quite warm in the room. Which resulted me in not sleeping well. Also the fitness center had dumbbells but no bench to sit on.
