Spacious and clean room. Location is great to visit both Basel and Bottmingen with the tram stop just in front of the hotel.
The trash bin in the bathroom was not cleaned up before arrival, but the staff promptly apologized and offered free breakfast for the entire stay. A very nice gesture that shows they care about high standards.

Great location, very quiet, close to lots of little shops to buy some food. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and I loved the bathtub!
the wi-fi was a little iffy at times but other than that I really don't have anything to complain about.

Staff, first day, not professional. Internet didn't work. Breakfast not ok.
