Esplanade Hotel Prague

Lovely hotel with luxury finishes and delightful breakfast room ( with lovely breakfast) Staff are excellent Good location but let down by the fact it basically shuts up shop at 7 pm. It closes its lounge area, bar and restaurant so more like a bed and breakfast! Such a shame to waste a lovely lounge and bar to relax in the evening. I understand not offering evening dining but not having a lounge area or evening bar seems ridiculous for a hotel of this stature. I suspect they are struggling to be profitable as a full blown hotel although no cheaper than other so called 4 star hotels

Shuts all facilities off at 7 pm More like an upmarket bed and breakfast hotel than a premium facility. Staying at the Corinthian Budapest for the same cost which is way better than the Esplanade

The location is amazing central to everything

The breakfast choice is poor - although expensive for Prague the choice is very limited and getting worse each year. Price up quality down.

Attentive personnel, close to train station.

Very good location.

In need of renovation, terrible breakfast, high price for what it offers.
