Great atmosphere, and location. Good size apartment with comfortable bed. Bathroom with separate toilet.

Nothing

location perfect. clean rooms. having basic kitchen facilities was great. spacious room. useful option to buy snacks at reception and free tap water.

nothing i didn't like - would have appreciated a couple of free coffee pods/ tea bags but nothing was "wrong".

Friendly and helpfull staff. We arrived late in the night and were affraid it would be difficult but no...somebody was waiting for us and checked us in and patiently gave us all the details we need it. He noticed that the next day was my birthday and in the next morning we found in front of the entrance door a bottle of champagne and a personalized greeting cards. Such a lovely surpize!!! Thank s again! The room was very spacious, very clean, equipped with everything we need it. If u want cleaning and changing towels or anything u need u just have to ask and they will do it. Stunning building, great location on Wenceslas Square, nights are calm and quiet, 50 m from main metro line A and C, 10 min away walking from Old Town Square. Area full with shops, places to eat and drink. Lovely, lovely, lovely!!! Was such a delight!!

Good location, larger sized room and having a separate living/sitting space and kitchenette was nice. Having a lift was a huge bonus with our suitcases.

The pillows were weird. We needed to adjust our booking but there was no flexibility so we ended up having to pay for a night we didn’t stay. The hotel noted this was the ‘rules’ because the booking was made through booking.com - just be aware.
