HM Gran Fiesta

The location is excellent - close to everything you need: the motorway, a supermarket, and the beach just across the road. The staff were also wonderful: friendly, helpful and attentive, with absolutely no complaints about the service. The breakfast was good and varied, although the coffee in the breakfast area was unfortunately not very nice.

The room was a bit disappointing. It feels like there was an attempt to create a stylish, design-oriented interior, but the execution is not always practical or comfortable. The glass wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom is particularly questionable. The toilet is practically opposite the head of the bed if the glass door is left open - and keeping it closed all the time is not exactly ideal either. The toilet itself was not properly secured to the floor and kept moving. There are also quite a few small things that make the room less convenient than it could be. There are not enough hooks for towels or shelves/storage space in the bathroom, and there is no shelf at all in the shower. There is only one proper bedside table, while the other side has a rather strange substitute. One of the table legs was already damaged, and the hangers in the wardrobe were old and there weren’t enough of them. The lifts are another weak point - they are unpleasant and rather frustrating to use. The swimming pool closing at 6 pm is also difficult to understand, especially in summer when it is still light outside.

At breakfast it would be good to have mineral water. Also the swing pool time could be extended to 7 pm.

Rooms were comfy and the balcony was a nice touch!

the only issue was the elevators. They were incredibly slow or wouldnt stop on our floor a lot of the time since so many people were going in and out.
