Kennedy Hospitality Resort

I booked as a private booking for 2 nights and stayed for 2 nights as part of a hiking tour group. Rooms were spacious, clean and had everything i needed. Towels and bedding were clean and bed was comfortable. Water provided on arrival when a private booking for the first night but not for the second night but not as part of the tour group which seemed a little odd but you can buy water from the bar. Kettle didn't work when I booked in with the tour group but was quickly replaced. Toiletries provided for each day and staff refreshed the rooms daily. Staff were all very nice, very warm and welcoming. Restaurant on site provided a comprehensive breakfast included and a buffet style dinner service. Pool was warm and cleaned regularly and grounds were lovely. I didn't use the spa/gym facilities but they were available and maintained to a high standard from what I could see. Close to the airport, no issues with noise and common areas were clean and comfortable.

The hotel was lovely and I have no complaints. It may be helpful to provide a map of the area...I know we all have maps on our phones but I had some issues with my phone, data and maps and would have made use of a paper map if it had been available.

Everything.

The decor is dated in bedrooms and bathrooms are worn looking. Some areas, like flat roofs, look dirty and unkept. No kettle in bedroom.

Great hotel to relax at with a pool and best bar staff to service

For what we paid , service was not on par. Housekeeping requirements were slow . Late check out not available and hotel didn’t appear full.

Pool good, restaurant just just for breakfast, location excellent, room ok

The hotel got old, need refurbishement for the stars it has!!
