It was inviting and welcoming. Personable. Made us feel like VIP. We particularly liked Francis at the reception desk. He was attentive and went out of his way to build a relationship with us as guests. The YMCA also recommended their trusted driver Jiries Asmar who also took really good care of us and it was a valuable service

Breakfast was very good.
The car park was excellent.
the room's fridge was very good on such hot days. The a/c was good, and comfortable to turn on and off.
The towel hangers in the bath were not installed, and in the shower there was nowhere to place the soap while showering. It wasn't comfortable.

Location excellent close to Old City and easy to walk to Israel Museum and or catch the train to Tel Aviv or bus to Masada etc. Breakfast lunch supper or just coffee - YMCA restaurant TOPS! FRANCIS at reception has been our joy - thank you Francis you made us smile every day ♥
