Breakfast was excellent, parking fairly easy, room was nice..

Internet was absolutely substandard and not acceptable for business travel. I could not connect, and when i finally did, i kept getting disconnected. VERY frustrating. Staff is not attentive, don't make eye contact if you are waiting a long time they don't even acknowledge you. I had to call numerous times about the internet and a clicking noise in the air conditioning vent.

Parking impossible. Difficult location for people who cant walk easily

In general, everything was really good: the bed was super comfortable, the little treats in the room were a nice touch, the room size was good, the breakfast was generous, the pool was clean, the water temperature was at the desired level for an early-morning swim, and the view from the room is breathtaking and exciting (though to enjoy it, you really have to stick to the window).

The small details were a bit disappointing. The room is spacious, but it feels empty. Next to the decorated table, there was only one chair (and it was uncomfortable to sit on), even though there were two of us in the room! There was one armchair in the corner of the room (I did not understand its location or purpose), and the shower accessories were uncomfortable to use. The refrigerator was wet and damp. I should note that I received a redesigned room. At breakfast, the cold drinks (orange juice, lemonade, and cold water) were served in plastic cups... Very environmentally unfriendly and uncomfortable.

This must be the nicest place to stay in Jerusalem. The staff are beyond accommodating.
