Location was excellent. Staff were lovely!
Bed was very small - I know it says double on booking but was smaller than expected. Would definitely advise booking bigger beds.
Electric car charger would not connect. (Hotel rent direct from company).

Carol is an amazing member of the team! She made our check-in seamless, explained all the room features, and even turned on the heating for us. Her warm greeting the next morning made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, with easy access to bus stops, the city center, and plenty of restaurants. The bathroom is huge and spotless. We had a perfect stay!
It looks like the price during the weekend is much higher than on weekdays. :)

Great location and large room on the first floor. The manager was very helpful and arranged an upgrade when we realised we had booked a room on the top floor in error.
No complaints

Breakfast quality was good. Service was efficient, cleaning up quickly when people left.
Tables were not covered. Cutlery had to be collected from side table. Breakfast started quite late 0800. Not much choice.
