The family pool is close to the adults pool, so if any children in, then can be noisy. Also family pool badly needs regrouted as most of the white grout is in fact black. We booked a room with terrace but the terrace was unusable. All the other rooms with outdoor space had attractive terraces. Our room was in the darkest, damp part of the garden so small terrace covered in green mould, regularly had puddles from irrigation and mosquito infested in the evening. Avoid room 11.

The breakfasts each day were superb and sitting eating their amazing choice of food n their beautiful garden was such a wonderful way to start the day. The discreet and yet friendly and caring service by every one of the staff was excellent - eg. The rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless, the staff serving you at the meals were attentive and very helpful, the atmosphere of the whole hotel with its antiques but yet with up to date technology and beautiful contemporary bathroom and extremely comfortable beds! Pool and gardens were beautiful

we loved having dinner on evening on the terrace with a guitarist singing ad playing for us and tables lit up with little lights was so lovely but we felt the paella wasn’t as good as some we have had before

Location fantastic, grounds are beautiful along with the views. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious. Such a relaxing place to stay, we loved it.

Dinner menu is limited (set menu each day) and didn’t feel was worth the €50pp, paella wasn’t great (overcooked). Breakfast options and your timings had to be pre-agreed when you check-in, amending either is possible but the onus is on you and it’s easy to forget!

Pool area was great, the gardens were impressive, parking on site and really clean. Complimentary beach bag and umbrellas to take to the beach were really helpful.

You need to pre order breakfast the day before and advise the time you’ll be having it so you can’t see what you feel like on the day. The kitchen was closed for maintenance so we had to leave the property for dinner each night and the aircon in the bedroom was inconsistent during the hot nights.
