All the staff were so friendly and helpful. When we had an accident walking in the mountains and my husband was in hospital they were so kind and did all they could to support me.
The hotel was so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and they had thought carefully about everything their guests might need.
The breakfast was amazing.
The pool and garden were beautiful and very well cared for.
There was nothing to dislike.

It was in such an amazing location, a real oasis in the middle of Soller! Everything was so clean and the staff were wonderful. Would absolutely love to stay here again

It’s a beautiful property great position
It was extremely expensive.. you couldn’t sit at the pool till after 3 as there is a school right beside it .. the noise level is pretty bad. Breakfast is very basic you have to pay for cooked eggs!! Staff are polite but there a coldness in their hospitality.. we arrived back to the hotel at 10.15 one evening we asked for a drink which we were going to bring to our room.. staff were in the bar but told us it was closed.. very strange
