*Very comfy and large beds
*They constantly organize events. On Friday there was a big corporate event with 100+ people and loud music in the garden. On Sunday there was a children party. On Monday morning again a corporate breakfast. Hence it's never quiet/normal near the swimming pool/eating area/garden. The hotel should better separate the area for hotel guests and events.

The pool and grounds are lovely. Breakfast had a great variety. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Super efficient and cheery porters. Very comfy bed.
The interior of the hotel is really gloomy and the carpet is definitely past its best. The service is not 5 star as staff seem to be covering more than one role/station so pool bar often had no one there for example. Small touches missing like no pool towels available so we had to go back to reception to request them, no soap next to the basin in the bathroom.
