Everything! Location, cleanliness, food, and above all the service from all the staff.

The breakfast was lovely and once they knew we were vegetarian and vegan, they catered for us.
The staff were so friendly and helpful
Location was the best with easy access to shopping and close enough to sight visit like the Bali swing, temples and walking distance to Monkey Forest. I would certainly recommend and return.
There was nothing to not like.

Excellent Staff delivered an outstanding service.
The complete team in the breakfast restaurant was super super nice, breakfast quality was excellent as well.
Top Location central and very close to everything from shopping to decent restaurants next door.
The pool area is a super green relaxing space.
Overall the hotel is super quite.
Check out team was a little overwhelmed and stressed. But in general the team at the reception desk was smart and professional
