Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, either the Western or Indonesian. We stayed in Villa 9 and the pool was quite shaded to a little cool (which is nice after a walk or run). The room was nice, open air so you get the odd mosquito but you have to expect that in Bali. The location was good, quite close to the Monkey Forest (worth seeing) and restaurants. The free cooking class was a nice touch.

We loved our stay at Bisma Eight. Rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. Towels and bedding are great. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the pool. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is great too.

Nice welcome, good turn down service,
Request came quickly, and rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and staff were attentive. Remembered my ice coffee order from the morning before. Overall did not utilize all the facilities because I did meet friends during this part of the stay but amazing place. Traffic is bad in this area but that is nothing the hotel
Can control
Wifi is not that good in the gym but you are in Bali. Not a dealbreaker. Travel isn’t about looking at the phone and social media

It was a little haven in the busy-ness of U Ubud. The staff were fabulous.great service, good humour and very willing to help. Fewer rooms made the experience feel more personal.
