The hospitality of the staff was amazing, very responsive.
The property itself is beautiful, Balinese architecture and greenery very unique.
The location was perfect, walking distance to the Main Street with bars and shops.
Our room was further into the property so we didn’t hear any street or outside noise which was great for a peaceful sleep.
The breakfast options were okay I would say the cooking wasn’t quite to my liking (e.g. you only get 1 streak of bacon in the big breakfast and the omelette isn’t really an omelette because it doesn’t have cheese or ingredients in it) however these are just personal preferences and I still think the place is exceptional.

Nice room with a king bed with a canopy and a spa bath. The pool was beautiful with free pool towels. The breakfast was delicious. Coffee was extra but not expensive.
The plumbing needs a bit of attention.

If you want to experience the real Bali this hotel is very authentic with great staff. In the centre of Ubud.
Bathroom needs upgrade. It's dirty. Also the bedroom is not as clean as you should expect.
