Location, historical hotel, the daily glass of champagne
There was some noise from the floors above, likely caused by chairs being moved across the floor. Installing soft pads under the chairs and table legs could help reduce this disturbance and improve guest comfort.

Staff were very helpful in changing our room to more spacious one as we had a baby with a sleeping cot that occupied a lot of space in the first room

Close to the old town
Breakfast is reasonable
Staff is ok
Room is nice
Bed is good
Huge balcony
Bar at the last floor is nice
With the windows facing the main road, it's impossible to sleep with them open due to the noise
Coffee machine is a must in 5* hotels
Certainly not 5* but solid 4*
The hot-water flow is very weak - you have to wait a long time
Both the shower and the bathtub are old and not in great condition

My guests did not have warm water in the room. We reported it several times. They moved guests after 1 day of cold water in different room,where air conditioner was not working (outside was 33 degrees celsius)... then guests were moved back in their old room( 1 am! Tired and sleepy),cause they said all other rooms were taken... 5 star hotel should not have this type of issue. On top of that,they said only sorry. Guests did not get any compensation
