Amazing location full of excellent Georgian restaurants and specialty coffee. Staff was kind and responsive, great breakfast hot and cold breakfast, room was clean
Tiny little room. For some reason the bread in the breakfast and the croissants are not fresh enough. It's not the famous Georgian bread.

This is a great location to base yourself in Tbilisi, as most of the main attractions can be reached on foot. The metro is only a few blocks away, and the Dry Bridge flea market is similarly nearby. The service is good, just as one would expect from this kind of hotel. For example, they happily lent me an umbrella on a rainy day during my visit.
While the hotel is comfortable, convenient, and offers good service, it ultimately feels a bit generic. There is nothing unique about the décor to give it a distinct Georgian character; instead, it leaves you with a slightly soulless, corporate impression.

Staff are so kind and warmly welcoming.

The hotel was very nice, the location was great and breakfast was good.
There is no way to lock the door from inside the room (no deadbolt) and no peephole in the door, which was concerning as a solo female traveler. Although I generally felt safe during my stay and had no isssues, this is something that should be considered by other women traveling solo.
